臻祺注冊(cè)于2010年8月31日，創(chuàng)立之初，核心成員便在建筑、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)體系及建筑、裝飾施工體系，兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)前沿公司承擔(dān)管理及運(yùn)營工作。
目前，建筑、裝飾這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)，已經(jīng)從最初以建筑實(shí)用型、裝飾規(guī)劃滿足功能型這樣傳統(tǒng)的路徑向外觀布局兼具美學(xué)型、使用過程兼具節(jié)能環(huán)保型等演進(jìn)。所以，我們努力以：學(xué)習(xí)、執(zhí)行、誠信、創(chuàng)新、共贏為理念運(yùn)營公司。以此，弱化建筑業(yè)體系的相對(duì)守舊思維。臻祺人深知，所有的優(yōu)良工程都源起優(yōu)秀的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，因此設(shè)計(jì)的能力是我們這個(gè)行業(yè)綜合能力的核心一環(huán)；其次工匠；其次選材…項(xiàng)目工程最終能夠按時(shí)、保質(zhì)、并實(shí)現(xiàn)合理控價(jià)的目標(biāo)，綜合組織管理能力居于各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之面。
上海臻祺建設(shè)（集團(tuán)）有限公司的全體成員始終緊跟國家以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)的大政方略，先后取得了國家建筑業(yè)企業(yè)多項(xiàng)施工資質(zhì)證書：建筑裝飾工程專項(xiàng)承包一級(jí)、建筑工程總承包二級(jí)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝工程專項(xiàng)承包二級(jí)、機(jī)電安裝工程專項(xiàng)承包一級(jí)、消防設(shè)施工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)、建筑裝飾工程專項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)乙級(jí)。隨著我們組織管理能力體系的逐步完善，為了更好的把握我們所承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目更有效、安全的落地，未來，我們會(huì)因應(yīng)行業(yè)形態(tài)演化的必然，提前布局業(yè)態(tài)演化所需要的新業(yè)務(wù)范圍：建筑類設(shè)計(jì)及施工所衍生以及其周邊衍生的資質(zhì)許可。
過去十年，臻祺以工程鑄就基業(yè)、匠心打造品質(zhì)、以設(shè)計(jì)為核心、向管理要效益并將其導(dǎo)入項(xiàng)目貫穿始末。我們?cè)趪壹?jí)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、外企的中國總部、內(nèi)企的形象總部、各類酒店、高端會(huì)所、別墅大宅、餐飲連鎖等領(lǐng)域獲得了客戶的肯定，也完善提升了我們的組織管理能力。并得益于這些項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行過程聚攏和磨練了我們的技術(shù)工匠團(tuán)隊(duì)。

All members of Shanghai ZQ Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. have always closely followed the country’s general political strategy guided by the scientific development concept, and have successively obtained multiple construction qualification certificates of national construction enterprises: construction decoration engineering special contracting first class, construction engineering general Third-level contracting, third-level contracting for steel structure production and installation engineering, third-level contracting for electromechanical installation engineering, second-level contracting for weak current intelligent engineering, and second-level designing for architectural decoration engineering. With the gradual improvement of our organization management capability system, in order to better grasp the more effective and safe landing of the projects we undertake, in the future, we will arrange the new business scope required by the evolution of the business form in advance in response to the inevitable evolution of the industry form: construction Qualification licenses derived from design and construction, and their surrounding derivatives.
